Pooka
Pooka are tiny fey, shaped like rabbits. They are creatures aligned with Brambleson, the Prince of Rabbits, who they call "Uncle Bram", but have a more fey-like morality and are just as likely to cause mischief as to be helpful.
Although mostly left alone by the Bramble Church, Pooka were studied by Archivist Tem Rabbinovitch, who gifted her wings. The church has a single Pooka messenger, Scamper who, like all Pooka, speaks in a choatic form of Common with Sylvan roots.
