Cookie lives in a smoke stack above the old town sewer maintenance shaft, near North Town University. Judging by her outfit, she maintains the machinery under the employ of the university itself.

Cookie was friendly enough but not particularly interested in Connie Furr, Vulpix and Lindie Asklepa when they used her maintenance shaft to access the Garden of the Cactus Cats, telling them to "just close the hatch on the way out." When they re-emerged, they paid Cookie off, giving her a dose of Cactus Cat Sap to keep her quiet, eliciting her catchphrase, "Everything's coming up Cookie."
