Anabelle Qita’s Home for Wayward Orphans (33 Troubledown Lane)

33 Troubledown Lane is located in the Plebian District, on the level just underground where many Beastfolk live. Once a socialite street, since falling further into the city, the building was once a manor but is now a huge orphanage for mostly beastfolk children. The orphanage is run by Granny Ginger, and in its basement is an entrance to the Downstairs Room.
