The Circle of Fire
Structure
Currently the entire organization of Circle of Fire is under direct rule of Kaenzut - every other family greatly disagrees with this, but Kaenzut, as usual, don't really care about opinion of others. Circle still keeps its Archmage as the head of Circle. Under him are High Mages Council of all Mages who achieved greater successes and mastered the higher magic and then Mages of Circle and students.
Culture
There is special culture, where they celebrate death as rebirth. They believe Circle of Fire is almost close to embrace immortality in form of Phoenix ( their legendary animal )
