Memento

Memento is the Purgatory, of sorts, of Pakkiila. It is a plane ruled by the Mortician, who oversees those who enter. It, visually, appears to be two islands, who have an overall calm feeling, along with looking rather blue.
The two islands host two different types of people. The first is where those who are redeemable go, those who will go to a higher and happier place once they lose their games. The second is where irredeemable and vile people go, who will burn and suffer just as they did to others.
Memento's only way out is a game. The Mortician will allow the dead to pick their game, and then play. If the mortal loses, they move on to their final plane and are less likely to be able to be revived. If the Mortician loses, she will revive the winner, or allow them to wait to be revived, truly it's up to them. She makes sure, as best she can, that vile people don't win.
The Mortician maintains a friendly and warm relationship with those in Memento, besides those on the second island. She tries to make those on the first island's time there, however long or short, peaceful and nice.
