Personal history
The middle child of 6, Tori was always destined to take over governence of the republic from her father, atleast she was groomed to do so. The Strongjaw name being well regarded by the people of the New Thaltical Republic, she still had to win the peoples vote once her father decided to step down. In working towards that goal she spent many a year in different facets of life and work in New New Blackstone; guard, hunter, shipwright, farmer, getting a varied and diverse education in the lives of her people.
Tori was elected by the people following her fathers 46 years of service to the people and community, taking the mantle of Chiefess in 281 DR.
It was in this time Tori met Amelia Organtaker, a captain in the New New Blackstone vanguard, the elite unit of warriors that both protected the nobles of the republic and were tasked with speciality assignments to protect their borders and outer towns. The pair met when Tori was assigned to Amelia's squad to venture into a Tal ruin that had awoken in the Exterior Wilds, inflitrate it and extract any artefacts of value or possible threat in the wrong hands. Tori was headstrong, competitive. Amelia tactful and reserved. By all means the pair should have butted heads, but in actuallity found comfort in eachothers faults. Though she would never have acted upon the bubbling feelings beneath the surface of their partner ship, Tori was technically her subordiant at that point, the second Tori's time with them had passed, she took Amelia by the hands, stared into her eyes and asked her to dinner. A rare moment for the Captain, unable to formulate words, just knodded. The rest was history, spending the past 6 years young and in love, becoming engaged at the beginning of 283 DR.

Tori identifies as pansexual, being engaged to Amelia Organtaker, though the pair are enjoying life as an engaged couple, not rushing to have the wedding anytime soon.

Whilst gender ideals have loosened, and the majority of Thalticalite people respect and understand trans identities, there are few instances where people have purposfully and maliciously misgendered her fiance Amelia Organtaker. This is something Tori takes great insult too, and will make it known when someone has done wrong in this act.
