Structure
The Nameless are a criminal syndicate responsible for running most of the illegal casinos and betting shops across Rularia and Erendoc, they are overseen by four leaders. The First, the Second, the Fist, the Scribe.
The First - Aurora Greyfire
The First is the head of the syndicate, and oversees all the ongoings of the syndicates criminal enterpries, and recently working to have legitimate businesses to run money through. The current First is Aurora Greyfire, a Shifter from Everglade in the Valley. Aurora fell into running with the syndicate in her youth, accidentally owing a syndicate member some money after a night out. She was give two options, work for the syndicate to repay her debts, or loose a hand, and still have to pay of her debt. She chose the former. Upon the death of the previous First, an Earth Genasi called Agate Bedrock, the syndicate put it to a vote, looking at the Second, the Fist and the Scribe to decide which of the three would take on the mantle of the First. Aurora previously held the title of the Fist, and with a majority vote was chosen to be the new First.The Second - Korz Rend
The Second is the second in command of the Nameless, though that doesn't mean they are the successor to the First, upon the death of the First each of the three other leaders face an election to decide the next First. The job of the Second is to be the Firsts assistant. Organising thier meetings, overseeing the syndicates casinos and betting organisations, and keeping the various elements coehesive, yet seperated incase of a raid. The current Second is Korz Rend, a Hobgoblin from Stoneport in Aetherland.The Fist - Niphac Calmsea
The Fist is the organisations militia leader. Whilst not being a major component of the guild, they aren't a mercenary faction, the Fist oversees the leadership, training and recruitment for the syndicates guards and debt collectors. The current Fist is Niphac Calmsea, a Green Dragonborn from Whitedale in Polantia.The Scribe
The Scribe is the syndicates accountant and treasurer. Their duties involve keeping written accounts of intakes from the casinos, betting shops, and repossessions, and now running portions of that income through the various legitimate businesses.Debt's are Consequences
