Kingdom of Oc'ian
Military
The Aquatic military of Oc'ina exist to fight the various aquatic forces that also try for control of the oceans. Whilst not being techincally a Navy, due to Oc'ina having no ships, they are called the Oc'ina navy, a remnant from the Dark Star Rebellion, where Tritons and Water Genasi acted as the naval forces of the Dark Star rebel forces.
The elite unit of the Oc'ina navy are the Depth Ice Corps. The Depth Ice Corps, or D.I.C., are an elite covert unit of Tritons and Water Genasi who act as infiltrators behind enemy lines. Their name coming from their weapons, made of Depth Ice, a form of permafrost deep beneath the ocean, on which Oc'ina is built on. The Depth Ice never thaws, and is known to be extremely sharp and dangerous when used as a weapon, wounds sustained from weapons of the material freezing, creating painful frostbite, and has been known to splinter and cause extra damage to a creature.
Foreign Relations
Oc'ina has a good relationship with Winter's Grasp, and the city of Beachholde in the Eatoway Plains. Tritions and Genasi often working jobs on land in Winter's Grasp or Beachholde, and are known to work on ships out of Winter's Grasp, either war, trade or fishing, as their knowledge of the ocean prooves invaluable to the sailors.

The Gulf of Derrock
The entire Guld of Derrock is under the control of the Kingdom of Oc'ian, its borders ending at the coastlines of Westoran. Its southern borders, which it shares with the region of Winter's Grasp, the water between the three islands belongs to Winter's Grasp, however the waters between Winters Grasp and Triboro Bay are under duress. It has been an unwritten treaty for generations that the Tritons of Oc'ian would not attack anyships that sail along the water, as long as their under water world be unaffected and see no expansion by the surface world into their domains.Outside Oceans
Many small underwater towns and villages exist in the Primordial Ocean and answer to the Kingdom of Oc'ina.
