The Kingdom of Glow

The Kingdom of Glow is one of the most pretentious little regions of the world known. It is a rather small pocket of spacetime that hovers just over the Forest of Pain and is home to a number of creatures that call themselves fairies. This is a matter of some debate amongst the actual fae community. General consensus states that they might be fairies but they're from another world so they don't count on census forms or tax exempt status.
It is likely this last point that caused them to declare themselves their own kingdom. Maraphel, the country they're located within, does not recognize their sovereignty. Jovirenia does, but not in a way that at all makes them allies, but more because Jovirenia traditionally likes ticking off Maraphel.
