Intramural Dance Licensing

On occasion, the people of Berniton and the folks who live in the Forest of Pain next door have occasion to celebrate together, or interact positively in some manner. After a great deal of testing and experimentation, they have discovered that the safest way to do so in large groups is to hold a dance.
This is no simple thing, and a guide has been written, to be referenced by both sides, to enable these rare events to go smoothly.
Since the Forest is attributed as part of Berniton on most official maps, the term intramural was added to the title to avert suspicion, since some of Maraphel's past governments have looked askance at any attempts to associate with unsavory Evil elements.
The licensing part comes from the fact that if one of these is to be held, it has to be approved by the various governing bodies of the different groups involved. This is exhibited by signing a license, that can be copied from the back of the IDL book.
