Gold Scale Bay Settlement in Ovensu | World Anvil

Gold Scale Bay

Gold Scale Bay, other times referred to as Barnacle Bay or Barnacled Boat Bay. Named after mysterious golden scales found every few months along the roads and buildings or named after the sheer number of barnacles found on boats in the area. With a fierce trade economy, this re-up-and-coming town is slowly growing to accommodate more and more people after it was hit several years ago in a massive hurricane, destroying almost every building in town and flooding the rest.

Industry & Trade

A frequent importer and exporter of goods for the entirety of Velris due to its location being the most accessible of all ports in Velris, aside from the coral reefs that dot the inlet.
