Village of Skulls

The Village of Skulls is a haunting reminder of a bygone era. Located on the opposite side of a small lake from Bayburn, the ruins of this once-thriving village now stand as a testament to the passage of time.
During the reign of the Dragons and Great Cats, the village was a bustling community, filled with life and prosperity. However, the ravages of war brought an end to its golden age. The village was destroyed, and its inhabitants perished.
Today, the village is a desolate landscape of crumbling buildings and overgrown vegetation. The skeletal remains of the villagers can still be found scattered throughout the ruins, a chilling reminder of the tragedy that befell the community. Despite its name, no skulls have ever been found among the remains, adding to the mystery surrounding the village's demise. The villagers of Bayburn often tell tales of strange occurrences and ghostly apparitions that haunt the ruins, further fueling the local folklore.
