Threads of Amber

Threads of Amber is a spellcasting university. They specialize in multiple different classes and schools of magic. They are a very astute institute and have numerous locations around Othealia.
They mostly accept students training to be wizards and their respective specialty schools. They also often accept sorcerers learning to discover and harness their abilities. The last class of spellcasting that the institute accepts is druidic magic although it is considerably smaller and disconnected from the rest of the institute, with only one location.
The Northwest Countillan location of Threads of Amber is the largest and where the school was founded. It consists of a large village town where the students and their families live and work. The town has lots of dark woods and tall sloped rooves covered in snow. There is a massive castle with many different sectors for each school of magic. Sections of the castle are floating with some only accessible by teleportation.
The school's colors are amber and maroon. Their symbol is an amber book with rays of maroon magic shooting out of it. 
The dean of the entire organization is Melexis Arvension. She lives at the Countillan location, only visiting the other locations to oversee changes or progress.
