Halfling

Halflings are an original race created by Lady Death, influenced by the natural balance of Othealia.
Halflings are considered smallfolk. They often stand between 3.5ft and 4.5ft, being taller than gnomes, but shorter than dwarves. They often have rounded features and short legs. Their lifespans are typically around three centuries or so.
Traditional halfing culture honors the simplicity life can offer. Their culture tends to have a simple charm. Halfling-dominate societies often choose to live in hilly areas or plains. Their culture values family, warmth, and comfort. Food is a very important aspect of traditional halfling culture. A halfling-run tavern is bound to have pies, pastries, cheeses, and sweet baked meats of all kinds.
