Dwarf

Dwarves are an orginial humaniod created by Lady Death, influenced from her control over the Realm of Ash.
Dwarfs are short and stout often standing between four to five feet. They are often bulky and hairy. Most dwarves have beards, including women, and their styles, designs, and adornments are very sentimental and have deep cultural roots. Because of these roots, a dwarf without a beard is seen as an outsider, either abandoning their heritage or having been exiled from it. Dwarves live long lives with the average lifespan being around four centuries.
They have a vibrant culture centered around their origins of earth and stone. Blacksmithy, mining, and pub-crawls are essential to their culture. Dwarven societies are often built into mountains or other rocky regions. Traditional dwarven cultures also tend to be rather religious, most often devout to the Mighty Anvil, however during the Arcane Explosion these values have waned in importance.
