Glass Stone Tides

Glass Stone Tides is a northern sea town on the Frozen Plate. When it was founded it was founded as an ice and fishing village, but it tendency for seclusion and icey temperatures brought many wizards and scholars to the region. So Glass Stone Tides became a magocracy and became a hub for magical experimentation.
The town has mostly humans and gnomes. It is a very cozy town and has a large harbor and a notable magically guiding lighthouse. It has a Scandinavian-based essence. It isn't very politically active as the scribes prefer to stick to themselves. Although the founding mages of the Arcanic Falls began their careers in Glass Stone Tides and it is the closest major city to the falls.
The Duke of Glasstone Tides, Duke Vivas is a well liked figure among the residents of Glass Stone Tides. He owns a laboratory that is partially governmentally owned. It combines the arcane elements and science together to make discoveries that could benefit the entirety of Countillan as a whole. Because of this, City States across Acins send magical artifacts, creatures, and other abnormal phenomena to Glass Stone Tides for study at this lab. The lab is called "Arcanic Trismegistus Inc.", named after the title that the Duke's son gave himself meaning "thrice greatest" before his very recent passing.
