Celestial Speckles

While the Celestial Speckles are not necessarily considered one plane they are often grouped as the home of the gods and their celestial followers. In the speckles each one is a plane built for and by a specific god, except for the council of the Eighteen's fort, which acts as a massive hub for all of the gods.
