Atlantis
Atlantis is a mocharchy state. They are on the far outskirts of the Court of Countillan's juristiction and only consider themselves under it rule politically, but practicially they are considered their own kingdom. They restrain themselves from being considered an empire but do battle outside the court unlike the other city states.
They often fight with their neighbors on the sea, esspically with Marked Cromwell and the cities on the Keldis Isle. They are also intolerant of pirate and have attempted multiple times to dismantle the Piracy Coalition.
The citizens of Atlantas consist almost entirely of Triton and Water Genasi.
