House Thornweaver

Thorneweaver is a noble house of the Council of Lords. They possess great military strength and are known for producing some of the most honorable Knights in the realm. The are lead by General Gaius Thronweaver who is head of the Fort Ornicia's training and sequestering as well as the formation of new legions. His crack troops are the envy of all the realm and it makes the officer, infantry and cavalry drill schools highly sought out by would be applicants.

Structure

General Gaius Throneweaver is head of household. His heir-apparent is Clavius Throneweaver followed by his youngest son Torvus Throneweaver and his Daughter Alicia Throneweaver.

Public Agenda

Forge a great army in the name of the King. Forge the sons and daughters of Alatria into machines of war and glory. They have long sought to put a King on the throne with the blood of Thorneweaver. They feel the nations military has gone soft without a good old fashioned war.

Assets

They have much pull with in the ranks of the Military given their status as well as the status of Gaius Throneweaver. The have considerable wealth as a house on the Council. Their greatest asset is the seat on the Council of Lords, it helps them create decisions that benefit the military as that benefits the house.

History

Thornweavers were shieldmakers and horse trainers in the first days of the empire, they created sons that became generals and the generals use their pull to give the family the land in the south to create soldiers of great renown. They were founded as a Council house in 1 AU for their actions and contributions in the War against Mortum.
