Midas Laitore (Lay-Tor) Born of the formerly royal Laitore Family, the previous rulers of Terresant . His father's rule was overthrown in a coup d'etat by the Bastille Family when he was only 8 years old. He was found and protected by Lebon Derfla. Lebon trained him as if he were his son alongside the orphaned Leon Valere. Around the age of 15 he decided to run away and his current location is unknown. Said to have an unnatural luck.

Golden colored tribal tattoos starting from his left shoulder and travelling down to his left palm. Usually has his left arm covered in bandages to hide this.

Personal history

The only surviving member of the Royal Laitore Bloodline, the former rulers of Terresant. Suffering severe survivor's guilt from discovering his dead parents and nearly being killed himself, Midas was a very troubled child. He had an extremely potent and dangerous manus ability on top of an uncanny natural luck that left him not having to work very hard for anything he wanted. Because of this Midas appreciated nothing, not money nor attention. This led to him being full of apathy. He resented himself for surviving and even partially resented those around him for keeping him alive and giving him attention. He began to hate himself and as a result began to hate those who liked him. This ultimately led to a very rough falling out with Lebon Derfla, his adoptive father and master, and Midas' best friend Leon Valere. At the age of 15 Midas ran away from Argos and hasn't been heard of since.
Developed a gambling addiction and a mental alcohol addiction. The only time he feels alive or can enjoy himself is when he is gambling or when he is in mortal danger, usually from bookies or loan sharks, and his fight or flight kicks in

Education

Somewhat trained in his Explosive Manus by Lebon Derfla at Argos. He was very proficient in his manus able to use any inanimate object as a catalyst to create either flashbang style bombs or actual concussive explosives before he ran away from Argos. Though he never fully finished his training and has over the years become quite rusty, he is still a threat to be aware of.

Employment

Has no employment, instead gambles his way into money and then either splurges it all or purposely loses it knowing he can win it back whenever he pleases.

Failures & Embarrassments

Developed a severe gambling addiction as well as a mental alcohol addiction

Mental Trauma

Discovered his parents dead bodies at the hands of the Royal Guards and was nearly killed before being rescued by different guards who were still loyal to the Blodam name. Suffers from an unnatural luck, this may seem a blessing but is in fact the opposite. Laitore suffers from extreme apathy caring for and appreciating nothing. He suffers severely from a form of survivor's guilt for what happened to his family.
