Garuda
Garudas are similar to birds but large and quadrupedal animals with no wings. They inhabit the many deserts and steppes in Korska. They are close in size to that of smaller horses. They are feathered creatures with powerful legs and sharp talons on the end of each foot. Their faces sport a strong and powerful beak with two large eyes. Garudas have excellent eyesight and a keen sense of smell. Their bodies are covered in thick feathers that come in a variety of colors from brown to red, to black, gray, and even white. The creatures were initially domesticated back during the Battling-Clans Era. The creatures serve as mounts and attack animals for the tribes and kingdoms in Korska.
Quadruped bird creatures that are the size of smaller horses. they are used as beasts of burden in Korska. Garudas are strong thick legged animals. Large talons line each of their feet with rough scales riding up their legs. The scales give way to thick feathers that cover the chest, neck, and head of the animal. The Garuda has two large eyes, one on each side of its head. These eyes are extremely adept and can see extremely far away as well as in the ultraviolet spectrum. Garuda's have a massively powerful beak that they use to crack open their preys hard shells, tear flesh, and snap bones. Garuda feathers vary in color but usually have a dark tan, brown, or black coloration. Garudas are mostly solitary, only staying in groups when mating and feeding their young.

Anatomy
Garuda have 4 powerful legs and walk on all fours. They are a descendant of birds, but have skeletal system much more similar to a horse or wolves compared to normal birds. They have no wings.
Dietary Needs and Habits
Garudas are strictly carnivores, their powerful stomachs can digest anything besides bone and hair, which they will instead vomit up after consuming their prey.
