Bay of Meriscum

The Bay of Meriscum is a large bay located in the southeastern corner of Kystland. The bay became home to many gangs of pirates after control was taken from the Jotunn during the revolution during the prehistory times. The bay was eventually liberated from the pirates when the country of Tyskland was founded and began to spread its control and territory. From that day the Bay become a major trading spot for merchant vessels travelling along the southern coast of Ostara, leading to the development of the port-city Wellasturm.
