Session 10 - 35th of Egnos Dimday
General Summary
The group talked with kobolds once in the jail and found out what went down the night before, once it seemed like Scream had let out a psionic blast of energy Rahmiel had a talk with him about learning how to use his powers. The guards then let Kendra into the jail to talk with the group, she made them an offer that they refused and they were able to hide crystal and get her to go through their bags to find it. While she did that Rahmy talked with the guards and was told they were going to let the kobolds go since the group were collectors. Team 17 then dashed out of town while Kendra was busy talking to the guards, sticking to the back roads to hopefully lose the woman.
That night while they camped Kal stole Hobble Bobbles kazoo, and Rowan witnessed her shadow trying to pull away from her once more. As she tried to settle back in she noticed someone walking around in the woods around them. She called out to the person and found Kendra walking into their camp. Rowan then woke up the rest of the group besides the kobolds, and Hobble Bobble with Kal's help noticed archers sitting in the trees around them. Rahmy then offered to have a talk with Kendra while her people rested for a bit after he revealed himself to have psionic powers. The two discussed what her plans were, she told him that Cirdor would be changing the world and become the third Overgod as prophesied. He then tried to convince her that he would join the cause and to just give him the night to find a way to sneak off from his group. Kendra countered by asking him to head back to the capital and steal the spear of reality and bring it to Cirdor. He agreed and as Kendra began to move off with her troop, Rahmiel told his own group to attack.
When the fight was over Kendra was able to get away with one of her archers, while the other four had been killed by Team 17.
