Arcane Blast

A 3rd Level spell under the Lymrah School of magic that allows the user to send out a shockwave of psychic energy to incapacitate their enemies.

Effect

You send out a shockwave of pure arcane energy that causes creatures to become incapacitated. All creatures within the radius must make a Wis save throw against your spell save DC, on a failed save they take 2d10 psychic damage and half as much on a successful save. At Higher Levels: Add a d10 to damage rolls when using a spell slot of 4th or higher.
