Adomos

Adomos was created to guide the various Eyes and mediate between them. When two or more Eyes disagreed Adomos would listen to both and determine the best course of action. All The Eyes accepted Adomos's judgement regardless of how it may conflict with their own aims.
Adomos was also intended to be the main interface between humanity and the Eyes. Beneath it served the Order of Shipmasters. Similarly the Shipmaster were an intermediary between most the crew and the Eyes.
