Wenneth

The language of the Wenver, derived from the original language of the Wened. Because of their similar ancestory, Wenneth is rather similar in many ways to Sanwen – they both pronounce S as –th (they have a cultural lisp). Although Wenver live in many regions, there is one accepted pronunciation for the language (rather like the Academie Francais of Louis XIV), and those who do not speak it are considered as unsophisticated hicks or yokels.

Swearing:
Wenver are more likely to use a long string of specific, descriptive derogatory words than specific swear words. These are often related to the taboos of body functions, disease or negative comparison. SInce the species in matriarchal and the female gender takes precedence over the male, derogatory phrases often make use of men as the "weaker" gender
