Aewish
A large continent, home to the countries Edus and Icada. Its population is wildly varied, with dwarves, humans, and half-elves, although it seems a majority seem to be of elven origin, with high elves being native to the fallen empire of Ezai. Ezai's old architecture and culture are still found and practiced, although has mostly been reappropriated to fit Aewish beliefs.
Due to Ezai's previous presence, most of the Aewishans here still speak Elvish, even without being of elven origin.
Geography
Aewish is seen as mostly plains with densely forested regions, with a wealth of natural spices and herbs. Be that as it may, a majority of the Aewish populace lives on the coast, preferring to build their cities near sea water, as many of the sea creatures that traverse along the warm coasts are considered delicacies, and are quite difficult to find elsewhere in Orywall. Due to this, the rest of Aewish has mostly gone untouched and is quite dangerous to traverse alone. It is not uncommon to hear of a traveler getting trapped within one of its many, mysterious caves, ravines, and grottos.
