Dmugdo Star-blood is a vesk born in the veskarium, an interplanetary empire located in a system far far away. The Vesk are known for being warmonger's and as such, taught their youth to annihilate from a very young age. Dmugdo was taught his skills, as a solarion, by his time in the military where he witnessed some of the brutalities of the Vesk. He believed himself to be different and as such, fled from the Veskarium during an assault on the Ortari System.
Dmugdo is vesk with blue skin, green streaks, and pale yellow lines surrounding his mouth and across his forehead. A scar runs down his face towards his mouth, and spikes accentuate his jaw and head.
