Restoration Act of 1110

"I hereby decree all military service cancelled. Men shall be paid their full salary for four years, after which point they will be considered free. Second, All military service is now voluntary, no longer will you be forcibly drafted into combat. Thirdly, all titles appointed by Laysm Sironde are hereby revoked by the will of the people. Fourthly, new leaders shall be appointed in their stead, by the will of the people. The will of the people is defined in the second act.
