The Koré are a race of fae-like mortals, descendant from the various nature nymphs that live in the Remnant Isles. Despite the dilution of their fae blood, the koré retain a natural connection to the wilderness that their nymph ancestor was connected to.
The scions of Dryads are called Dryadic Koré, and feel a connection to the woodlands and forests of the world. They appear similar to humans, save for their notable hair, which changes with the season, being a vibrant green in the springtime, a more muted yellow-green in the summer, vibrant yellow and orange in the autumn, and either turns a dark grey or falls out entirely in the winter.
Those born from Naiads, called Naiadic Koré, feel a pull to the water, be it oceans, lakes, or streams. They have usually have hair in vibrant shades of blue, and a slight bit of noticeable webbing betwen their fingers and toes.
Those of Oriad descent, called Oriadic Koré, are tied to mountains, rocky wastelands, caves and tunnels. They resemble humans most closely, with slate-grey or brown hair, but they posess eyes what glint and clitter like a fasceted gemstone.
