Imperial Minister

The Imperial Ministry are the hands of the Emperor of Vyzanthia. The Ministers act as extensions of his will, and work as a combination of administrator, inquisitor, and general, depending on an individual Minister's skillset. An Imperial Minister has the right to impose martial law, depose a ruling noble, even up to a Satrap, or execute any citizen, all in the Emperor's name. Rogue Ministers are rare, as they are treated utterly without sympathy if they are found to be abusin their position.
