Clan's Council

The Clan's Council is the ruling body of Vorsk. It is made up of a single representative from each of the Hundred Clans, called an Envoy, and meets in the Grand Assembly in the city of Alvost. The meetings of the Council are often wild affairs, with shouting and even brawling among the assembled Envoys.
