Tiefling

Tieflings, most commonly found in the Grand Duchy of Novaya, are believed by Novayans to be the result of a union between the God Dima and the Chort Yarta. Although for the most part tolerated within Novaya, they are viewed with suspicion by more devout followers of the Novayan Pantheon due to their rumoured Chort blood. Elves generally view Tieflings as perversions of the will of their Gods. Tieflings are known for the seeming abundance of talented sorcerers from their race. They typically have light grey, charcoal and violet skintones. Products of Human and Tiefling pairings produce tieflings with the human parent’s skintone. They compose roughly 5% of the Novayan Population and are overrepresented in the city of Trigorod.

Anatomy

Tieflings resemble humans, however boast the addition of horns growing from their crown's frontal bone and a tail extending from where a human's tail bone would end.
