The Union of Sutran City States
The Union of Sutran City States is a loose economic alliance between the Sutra Bay city states of New Halenthia, Makhab and Rezek.
Structure
The Union is heavily decentralised, with individual city state matters being governed by their respective governments. Economic matters within the Union are overseen by the Trade Council, which is comprised of six representatives from each city state, totalling in 18 members.
