Khelkaanoon
The Dwarves of Khel Doran adhere to a text know as the Khelkaanoon that outlines the social expectations of both clandwarves and clanless, as well as clearly defining crimes and punishments.

A list of 'natural' crimes and their prescribed punishments
Murder: Murder is the defined under the Khelkanoon as being the killing of another without a just cause being met. Depending on the circumstances of the murder, the convicted may be punished by beheading or Immurement.
Regicide: The unlawful killing of a Clan Eldar is to be punished by execution via combat with the offended clan's champions.
Pedocide: The unlawful killing of a child is to be punished by Immurement.
Assault
Assault causing serious harm: The convicted is to have the hand that struck the most significant blow removed.
Sexual Assault: The convicted party has their sexual organs removed and receives an engraving of their crime via the same knife marking them on their forehead. Additionally, member's of the victim's family or the victim themselves can elect to legally challenge the offender to a duel to the death.
Theft
The convicted must repay the victimised party double what they stole. If they cannot afford to bear this cost, they must repay the victim via identured servitude for a period equivelent to the value of the stolen items.
Treason
If the offending Dwarf is clanless, they are to be exiled to the Khelreach range via the deep gate never to return on pain of death.
If the offending Dwarf has a clan, the punishment is to be determined by their clan elder.
