Stormweaver

This Class gives someone a limited influence over the weather. Although this can be used in long-term projects to increase or reduce rainfall or alter the local climate, it is generally instead used by adventurers to deal with smaller-scale environmental hazards like fog, ice and lava. A stormweaver can maintain one environmental change around themselves in parallel with any other activity. Perks increase how many effects they can manifest. They can also enact rituals that behave more like conventional spells to make changes on a larger scale.
