Rain of Fire
Effect
Over a period of minutes, storm clouds gather over an area of up to a square mile up to twenty miles away. Once the clouds have gathered, they rain a constant stream of fire for three minutes. While the individual drops of fire cause little damage, they are dangerous by their sheer quantity and the high likelihood of vegetation and housing catching fire as well.
Manifestation
The storm clouds are the most obvious indication of the spell. The fire that falls drips like flammable syrup.
