Firebugs
Effect
Summons a cloud of tiny, biting insects, each conjured from pure fire. They swarm over a target or group of targets within thirty feet. The damage they do is slight, even when concentrated on one target, but they completely ignore any Buffs on the target or targets that reduces the damage taken.
Manifestation
The caster sups their hands in front of their mouth then breathes sparks into them. When these sparks are released, they quickly grow to resemble flying beetles. They fly as a swarm towards the target.
