Fatigue

Fatigue builds up in a person over time. Once it reaches a certain level, it can impede their Skill and cause YTechniques to fail. Spellcasting, in particular, is very prone to Fatigue. At extreme levels, a person will fall asleep unexpectedly. Artificial means of regaining Health and long-distance travel greatly increase Fatigue. Fatigue is reduced during sleep. High levels of Fatigue may take extended rest to correct. If a person avoids activities that generate much Fatigue, it is possible to be awake continuously for several days with no ill effects. Fatigue is not recovered during sleep if the person is travelling. Fatigue is generally indicated by bags under the eyes.
