Elephant Beetle
Giant insects that live in small groups, which is just as well as they are very large. When asleep they resemble large, regular mounds. Their carapace is extremely strong and almost unbreakable and their pincers are very dangerous, but their ponderous size and lack of agility means they are more a nuisance than a danger.
