Effect

This cantrip creates a fifteen feet diameter hemispherical dome centred on the caster. Noise inside the dome is deadened for listeners outside it, without compromising the ability of those inside to hear what's going on outside. It is still advisable for everyone to speak in a whisper as the sound is only partially deadened.

Manifestation

There is an almost invisible shimmer that betrays the position of the dome.
