At Your Fingertips, Flames
Effect
A constant stream of fire erupts from the caster's fingertips, capable of filling a wide arc up to ten feet away from them or concentrating the attack on a single target within the same range. The flames do low damage, but continue to spurt for ten seconds which can add up to a lot of damage if the target doesn't get out of range.
Manifestation
The flames start a couple of inches from the ends of the fingers. The caster's eyes glow red while the spell lasts.
