Lost Planets

There are several planets and moons considered lost to the Ordo for various reasons. The only thing the list of lost planets have in common is the fact that there is no information regarding their origin, the Ordo's interest or purpose on the planet and why they became lost.
This list is currently being updated as more information is added to the archives.
