The Elven Exodus
The Elven Exodus is the name given to the mass migration of Elves from the Elven Capital Duchy of Taurina to the other five duchies of Lor Anoch in 86PS.
Due to the expansion from the ever-growing Dawn Empire, the borders of the Elven kingdom were constantly being pushed and challenged by enemy forces. After 86 years of this aggression, the elven King decided to retreat beyond The Auberain Peaks, setting the borders that remain to the modern day.
Many elves did decide to stay in their homes, allowing the expansion to overtake them, and become citizens of the Empire. One of these was Ellyn Caiyra, who would go on to be selected as the new Duchess of the land.
