Malran, The Seventh is a noble nation which prides itself on its rationality. The nation is ruled by a Triumvirate of elected officials who preside over Military, Magic, and Social Issues. They rejected an offer to join the The Waukan Empire as the rulers assessed their chances and decided the Dawn Empire was a safer bet. Malran prides itself on its education and wisdom and as such many of the world's greatest universities and mage colleges sit within this coastal nation.
