Jasper Hillington
Jasper Hillington is the Baron of Stenham and the Mayor of the small village of Timblewood.
The Hillington family have ruled Stenham for generations, every since it was given status as a county of Dalry, The Thirteenth. The Hillington's however decided to keep their seat in the small village of Timblewood and establish the capital of the county to the larger trades town of Houndsford.
Hillington, like those before him, is a simple man who runs his county well and so to avoid conflict, bent the knee to the new Duchess after the coup to end the Dalry/Almus War.
