Jaspar Ower

Jaspar Ower was a Human Councillor on Brasmana's Great Ring, he sat on the Dusk table in the Seat of Worldly Affairs.

Ower was one of only three human members of the city's Great Ring, however this made his job easier, rather than harder. The Seat of Worldly Affairs is responsible for informing the rest of the council of world events, as well as acting as an ambassador, diplomat, and even spymaster. While many other Dwarvern Great Rings look down on Brasmana's placement of non-dwarves on their council, many non-dwarvern cities and nations prefer dealing with a more familiar face, even if subconsciously.

Jaspar Ower would be executed by Malice on the charge of treason for colluding with Beren Windminer and The Phosanan Resistance.
