Granny Whistlegrace

Granny Whsitlegrace is a famed adventurer from Ushgard and the grandmother of Tamyrlin Whistlegrace.

Granny Whistlegrace was born and raised in Ushgard, developing a knack for alchemical crafting and potion making. She would soon use these skills to travel the world as an adventurer earning incredible fame and renown for her poisons and her skills in diplomacy.

She would settle down and eventually marry after a few years of adventuring, raising her children to adulthood. However, shortly after her children were fully grown, her husband passed away, and so deciding not to stay at home and mourn, she headed out again, taking the name of Granny, acting older than her years, and establishing a more 'family friendly' approach to her mythos.

She had always been skilled at baking, and so began to spread a story of herself as a renowned baker who could always solve issues with the gift of a cake or two. This new story was used to hide the secret of her recipes, her most famous of which being the carrot cake, a nasty poison that weakens the target and leaves bright orange and brown pustules all over their corpse, or in the case of the story, a cake so tasty that it could convince Giant to stop their marauding ways.

Granny would go on adventuring for many years, inspiring both her grandchildren in different ways, until eventually she disappeared in the Bonshall Woods. She would eventually be found by The Abnormals and her grandson Tam, and they would briefly aid her and her Wildforge allies before she was kidnapped and taken to Kaviri in order to share her poisons with Dr Ramonda Ridel.
