Cigrina Juliant I

Cigrina Juliant was the first ruling Empress of The Dawn Empire. She aimed to secure what her father conquered and is responsible for the creation of The Five Forts.

She wanted to ensure the elves of Lor Anoch would not reconquer the lands of Taurina and northern Cosa and so dedicated much of the Empire's treasury to the creation of the five imposing titans.

The final brick of the last fort was built the same day Cigrina died.

She reigned from 95-146 PS.
