Session 32: When Last We Met - 4/24/23

General Summary

When last we met, The party had fought off a band of Cultists. Presumably of the Mad God Tharizdun. Now, with the soft din of the Merchant's sea behind them, They beheld an open crypt and descended within. They found themselves in a darkened tunnel as multiple catacombs stretched beyond their vision. They are set upon by several ghosts who possess Mistral, Romaia and Celeste, imploring the party not to venture on as there are ancient, unknowable dangers within. The party, duty bound by their quest, press on. In an inspired moment, Mistral transformed himself into a cloud of mist and scouted the areas ahead, finding multiple passage ways and multiple enemies lying in wait. His travels stopped at a solid door. Beset by a Statue that seemed to be missing a vital piece.   He returns to the party and they set to work ridding these catacombs of the evil undead within. They get the drop on the first group, Literally as Tensi descends from the ceiling onto one of them. They destroy these entities one by one. They move on and in another brilliant tactical move, force a group of ghouls into a spike growth trap where they succumb to death.   With this part of the crypt cleansed. The party prepares to delve further into this ancient and haunted Sepulcher.
And that's where we'll pick up next time!
